I’m coming around to the view that, in an age of DNA evidence and forensic science, offenders found unequivocally guilty of brutally raping and murdering women should face the ultimate punishment. When the justice system repeatedly fails victims and their families by releasing dangerous offenders back into society, it’s hard not to question whether the death penalty should be reconsidered for the most heinous crimes.

Dangerous and obsessed Dirty Monster. Who was not Monitored

I've never heard of being let out under investigation

The Failure across the Board

Of the Police Services involved, is plain disgraceful

Are the new policies

Fit For Purpose

Have the General Public been involved with the introduction of the New Policies

If not these Policies must have the input of recognised Lay People, on a established

Panel. The General Public

Otherwise, how will the General public be made aware of these Policies with the remit of averting such Henious Crimes.

My wish is the Friends and Families of the Ladies are well and best wishes to you All ❤️ xxx

Daily Star headline:

"Swiss Cheese:

One eyed murderer and rapist defies odds to outwit forensics and high density CCTV to kill again".

With "luck" like that he should have played the lottery.
